SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICYÂ
At Ghutrah, we are committed to delivering your Throbes, Shemaghs, Keffiyeh, Kameez, and other traditional wear safely, efficiently, and on time. All orders are shipped from our base in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Please note that delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and courier partner operations.
1. Shipping Availability
We deliver to most countries worldwide through our trusted logistics partners. However, we do not deliver to:
PO Boxes
Military bases or restricted zones
Certain remote areas where courier access is limited
If your location is not serviceable, you will be notified during checkout or contacted by our team for alternative arrangements.
Shipping fees, if applicable, will be automatically calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and order volume.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding UAE public holidays) are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 3 working days after payment confirmation.
Processing time may vary depending on:
Payment verification
Order volume during peak seasons
Security checks
Product availability
Packaging and dispatch schedules
Once your order has been confirmed and dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details.
3. Order Status & Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
Customers can track their shipment using the courier tracking link provided. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.
If you experience any delays or tracking issues, our customer support team will be happy to assist.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times depend on the destination country and courier partner.
UAE Deliveries
UAE orders are typically delivered within a few working days after dispatch.
GCC Deliveries
Orders shipped to GCC countries may take several working days depending on courier schedules and customs clearance.
International Deliveries
International orders may take longer depending on the destination, courier transit time, and customs procedures in the receiving country.
Ghutrah is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, weather disruptions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances outside our control.
5. Failed Deliveries and Re-Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and contact number during checkout.
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details or the recipient being unavailable, the courier may attempt redelivery. Additional handling or redelivery charges may apply depending on the courier policy.
6. Taxes, Duties & Customs Fees
For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country’s customs authority.
These charges are not included in your Ghutrah order total and must be paid directly to the courier or customs office upon delivery.
