RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY (Ghutrah)

At Ghutrah, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are happy to offer returns or exchanges for eligible items, including Throbes, Shemaghs, Keffiyeh, Kameez, and other apparel products, as long as the conditions below are met.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, all items must meet the following conditions:

All items must be in their original packaging with product tags attached
All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Items must be free of stains, odors, damage, or alterations
Original receipt or proof of purchase must be included
Items must have been purchased directly from Ghutrah

If any of the above conditions are not met, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to process a return or exchange request, even if the item has been mailed back to us.

Sale items, clearance items, and promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.


1. Validity for Returns & Exchanges

All return and exchange requests must be submitted within:

10 days of the invoice date for U.S. orders
20 days of the invoice date for international orders

Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible.


2. Exchanges In Store

2.1 Customers must bring the original receipt along with the item(s) in their original condition and packaging to our store location.

2.2 Exchanges will be processed only after the item has been inspected and approved by our staff.

2.3 If the value of the exchanged item is higher than the original item, the customer must pay the difference.

2.4 If the value of the exchanged item is lower than the original item, no cash refund will be issued.

2.5 Store credit or cash vouchers will not be provided for in-store exchanges unless stated otherwise.


3. Online Returns & Exchanges

3.1 Items being returned or exchanged must include the original invoice and must be packaged securely in their original packaging.

3.2 Customers must submit a return or exchange request through our customer support channel before shipping the product back.

3.3 All return shipments must be sent using a traceable shipping method. Ghutrah is not responsible for lost packages during return shipping.

3.4 Once your returned item is received, inspected, and approved, you will be notified by email.

3.5 Approved returns will be issued as store credit unless otherwise stated. Store credit is valid for 30 days and may be used toward future online purchases.

3.6 Store credit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3.7 Store credit must be used in a single transaction. Any remaining unused amount will not be refunded.

3.8 Refunds do not include shipping charges. Customers are responsible for original shipping costs and return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

3.9 If the item received was defective or an incorrect item was shipped, Ghutrah will cover the cost of return shipping after verification.

3.10 International orders are not eligible for refunds on duties, taxes, tariffs, or customs charges.

4. Other Terms & Conditions

4.1 Items may only be returned or exchanged one time per order.

4.2 Ghutrah reserves the right to deny excessive or repeated return requests, especially if similar items have been returned multiple times.

4.3 Our policy does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, improper washing, accidental damage, or negligence.

4.4 Ghutrah makes no warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except where required by law.

4.5 Ghutrah reserves the right to approve or deny any return or exchange request at its sole discretion.

4.6 All decisions made by Ghutrah regarding returns and exchanges are final.


5. Repair Policy

Ghutrah does not offer repair services for any products, including Throbes, Shemaghs, Keffiyeh, Kameez, or other apparel items.

We encourage customers to carefully review product sizing, specifications, and care instructions before purchasing.
